The Men’s Retreat is a 20 bed unit located on the acute care wing. The program specializes in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance abuse and chemical dependency. Detoxification and rehabilitation treatment will also be available.

This very exclusive unit offers a setting that provides the client with the utmost confidentiality in a secluded setting. The gender specific unit will afford men the opportunity to obtain customized services in an environment that will address men’s treatment related issues. Gender specific treatment will focus on relationships, communication and anger management.

Our approach to treatment is individualized, holistic, multifaceted and multidisciplinary. Assessments will include comprehensive medical, psychiatric and social evaluations. The assessments will provide a plan to promote mental wellness and recovery. Interventions may include crisis intervention, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, nutritional education, medication management and recreational therapies
