Wekiva Springs offers specialized programs on an outpatient basis. Our programs are based on proven cognitive behavioral philosophies.  Wekiva Springs takes a holistic approach to wellness to include the whole person - physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual.  Staff works closely with patients to help them regain the emotional strength needed to face life with a renewed sense of freedom and endless possibilities.

IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) and PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program)

IOP and PHP programs include Process and Psych Education groups.  Mental health and chemically dependent patients are split into separate groups.  The focus of the process group is to discuss the prior day or weekend events and how the patient is coping with them.  The focus of Psych Education is to provide information and education about the common issues women face in their everyday lives, as well as in recovery.  Topics include, but are not limited to:  Codependency, establishing and maintaining boundaries, relapse prevention, positive affirmations and self esteem.
